UAE (United Arab Emirates)
- Scanned colour copies of the first and last page of the passport
- Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of return ticket
- Passport size photographs with white background & at least 80% of face visible (not older than 3 months)
- Scanned colour copy of PAN card
- Copy of return flight tickets
Singapore
- Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return tickets with minimum 2 blank pages
- Completely filled and signed visa application form (form 14A)
- Two recent coloured passport size photographs with white background & matte finish (35mm X 45mm size) without border.
- Please note one photo should be pasted on the visa form and signed across and one photo should be attached with gem clip.
- Copy of confirmed air ticket
- Copy of confirmed hotel reservation
- Covering letter stating applicant's purpose of visit, personal and co-traveller details (on letter head if self-employed)
- Last six months bank statement
Malaysia
- Visa type - Tourist - 30 days single entry
- Colour scanned Pasport copy - 1st & last page (valid for 9 months & above with minimum 2 blank pages)
- Scanned photo (35X50mm, white background, 70% face, matte finish)
- Confirmed return Air ticket
- Hotel confirmation voucher
- Final covid Vaccination certificate
- Personal updated bank statement for last 3 months with min, balance INR. 80,000/- per person
- Coverning letter mentioning the purpose of travel
- If applicant is minor, Birth Certificate is mandatory
Thailand
- Original passport valid for at least 6 months from travel date with a minimum 2 blank pages
- Completely filled and signed visa application form
- Documents checklist
- 2 Passport size photographs without border with 70% face covering with matte finish (cloth and back background colour should not be same).
- Confirmed return air tickets on airlines letterhead colour copy
- Confirmed hotel reservation on hotels letterhead colour copy
- 6 months bank statement with bank sign and stamp with a minimum balance of Rs. 60,000/- per person.
- Visa processing charges from India including service fees INR. 4000/- per person (courier charges extra)
- Visa validity will be for 3 months
- Visa processing time 4-5 working days
Spain
- One application form for a Schengen visa duly dated and signed in blue ink by the applicant or both parents if applicant is a minor
- One photograph not older than 6 months of the applicant 35-45 mm and on a white background, should be affixed on the application form.
- In case of minors applying alone or not with both parents, the application must include a notarized authorization letter signed by both parents. The parent who is not present at the moment of the application must submit as a proof of the signature a notarized copy of the passports or PAN cards or driving license.
- Valid passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return tickets with minimum 2 blank page
- Photocopy of front and last page of the passport
- If the applicant is not a national of India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal or the Maldives, evidence of his/her legal residence in any of these countries (residence permit).
- Proof of travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros.
- DETAILS OF THE TRIP
- Cover letter (account of the purpose of visit)
- Flight booking roundtrip
- Hotel accommodation for the duration of the stay or if you are visiting family or friends in Spain, an invitation letter from the resident in Spain issued by the Spanich national police.
- Original, stamped and signed bank statement of the applicant and sponsor (if any) of the last six months. Original, signed letter by the sponsor detailing the concepts/amount to be covered and proof of the relationship of the sponsor with the applicant must be submitted, if relevant.
- Income Tax return (ITR-V or Form 16) for the last 2 years.
- Salary slip of last three months (when available)
- Title of property in Spain, pension slips or proof of deposits, if relevant
- Visa processing time 4-6 working days
- Visa fees including service charges INR. 11500/- (courier charges extra)
Turkey
- Manually filled visa application form by blue or black pen in capital letters with 1 photograph affixed to it, signed by the applicant.
- Passport should have a minimum validity of 6 months from the intended duration of stay in Turkey territory with a minimum of two blank pages.
- Copies of first and last page of passport
- Confirmed return flight tickets
- Confirmed hotel reservation
- 2 biometric recent photographs with white background and 70% face visible, it should show your skin tone naturally (2.5 inch X 2.5-inch size)
- Leave letter from employer/covering letter in personal business letterhead (if self-employed) with authorised signatory, name and designation with company seal.
- Travel insurance (valid for at least duration of the trip in Turkey)
- Last 3 months’ bank statement of company (for employer), in original or copies attested by bank
- Last 3 months’ bank statement of personal, in original or copies attested by bank
- Salary Slips / Certificates of the last three months and Form 16 (for employee)
- GST (for employer)
- If applicant has not enough funds or bank account, financial support letter from the sponsor notarized. (Not applicable for spouses, parents and children)
- Minors need consent letter from both parents in all cases (even though minor is travelling with both parents). The consent NOC must be on stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant and notarized.
- If the applicant is visiting a Turkish citizen/foreigner residing in Turkey; invitation letter including passport number and full name of the applicant and copy of the identity card and bank account of the inviter.
- (If not shown in passport) Marriage Certificate of the Couple issued by the marriage registrar / Affidavit required attested by Notary Public
- If Agent is making the application on behalf of the applicant, letter of attorney from every applicant, in original
- Copies of first and last pages of the passport

- Visa processing time 5-7 working days, moreover depends on embassy
- Visa processing fees including service charges INR. 11500/- per person
- Note : Visa fees is non-refundable in case of rejection by embassy
