►Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges (in case of Fix/group departure-no refund)
►Minimum. 500/- per person/child will be deducted as administrative charges in case of cancellation.
►If cancellation is made 45 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
►45 to 21 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
►21 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
►0 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund.
►Please note: cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
►Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as guarantee booking
This is to inform you, prior to confirming your booking which needs a guarantee or offering non-refundable rates by us then that the booking will not fall under the normal cancellation policy mentioned above.
♦ 50% payment at the time of booking of land package cost.
♦ 100% payment of flight ticket at the time of booking (if applicable in tour component)
♦ Balance 25% - 30 days prior to travel date
♦ Balance 25% - 21 days prior to travel date (in case International travel)
♦ Balance 25% - 15 days prior to travel date (in case Domestic travel)
♦ 100% payment at the time of booking, if flights / hotels are non-refundable.
♦ 100% payment must be settled before the departure date if failed, services will be not started or cancelled by us.
On arrival at Istanbul Airport, meet our representative and get transferred to hotel for check-in.
Today after Breakfast at Hotel proceed for a Full Day regular (SIC) Old City Tour with Lunch at local Restaurant. Visits: Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar Remark: Topkapi Palace closed on Tuesday, Grand Bazaar closed on Sunday, Hagia Sophia closed on Monday. Back To Hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at Hotel Istanbul.
Full Day Two Continents Bosphorus Cruise Tour with local lunch on sharing transfer basis
Today after breakfast check-out from hotel and transfer to Istanbul Airport for Cappadocia flight. On arrival in Kayseri Airport Cappadocia-Pick up and transfer to Cappadocia hotel. Overnight stay at Cappadocia.
Full Day Kaymakli Underground City Tour with local lunch on sharing transfer basis in Cappadoccia. Overnight stay at Cappadocia.
Today day at leisure or can Enjoy a Jeep Safari Ride or a visit to Devrent Valley known for its pink-hued rock formations and geological anomalies that have been formed by centuries of erosion. (at Optional cost).
Today after breakfast check-out from hotel and transfer to Cappadocia Airport for return flight.
