►Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges (in case of Fix/group departure-no refund) 

►Minimum. 500/- per person/child will be deducted as administrative charges in case of cancellation.

►If cancellation is made 45 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

►45 to 21 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

►21 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.

►0 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund.

►Please note: cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.

►Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as guarantee booking 

This is to inform you, prior to confirming your booking which needs a guarantee or offering non-refundable rates by us then that the booking will not fall under the normal cancellation policy mentioned above.

♦ 100% payment at the time of booking, if flights / hotels are non-refundable. 
♦ 100% payment must be settled before the departure date if failed, services will be not started or cancelled by us.

• Day 1 : Delhi to Singapore arrival

  On arrival in Singapore meet our representative and get transferred to the hotel for check-in. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2 : Singapore guided city tour + Gardens by the bay

  Today after breakfast proceed for half day Singapore city tour in which you will cover places like Merlion, Helix bridge, china town, Civic district, Dhoby Ghaut, Singapore flyer (photo shot only), Marina floating bay, Art and Science Museum etc. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Full day Universal studios

  Today after breakfast proceed for the Universal Studios which delivers many attractions,rides, shows and more. Overnight stay in hotel.

• Day 4 : Singapore to Kuala Lumpur transfer by Ac coach

  Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Singapore airport and get a flight for Kuala Lumpur. On Arrival in Kuala Lumpur get transferred to the hotel for check-in. Overnight stay at Kuala Lumpur hotel.

• Day 5 : Kuala Lumpur city tour

  Today after breakfast proceed for Kuala Lumpur city tour, visits the places : Petronas Twin Tower, King's Palace, Independence Square, KL Gallery, Largest Mosque, Beryl's chocolate Kingdom. Over night stay at hotel.

• Day 6 : Full day genting Highland tour with one way cable car ride en route Batu caves

  Today after breakfast, proceed for full day tour to Genting Highland, a cool hill station where you can experience million year old rainforest. Enroute visit the big statue of Lord Murugan the most visited attractions, an exhilarating cable car ride in Southeast Asia & enjoy the panoramic views. Overnight stay at Kuala Lumpur.

• Day 7 : Kuala Lumpur - Departure

  Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel according to your flight timing and get transferred to Airport for departure with sweet memories.

Check-in at hotel starts from 15:00 hrs.
Check-out time is until 12:00 hrs.
A traveller should hold valid Passport with at least 6 months validity for international travel.
We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
Visa approval/rejection depends upon Embassy. No refund of visa fees in case of rejection (if applicable).
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, road blocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id) & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check-in at the Hotel / Resort.
Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
Vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
We will require passport & pan card copies of travelling adults in case of international travels and ID proofs (Voter Id/passport/Aadhar/) and Pan card in case of domestic travels.
