  • 5% TCS on total land package cost (will be refundable on filing ITR)

Cancellation Policy

►Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges (in case of Fix/group departure-no refund) 

►Minimum. 500/- per person/child will be deducted as administrative charges in case of cancellation.

►If cancellation is made 45 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

►45 to 21 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

►21 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.

►0 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund.

►Please note: cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.

►Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as guarantee booking 

This is to inform you, prior to confirming your booking which needs a guarantee or offering non-refundable rates by us then that the booking will not fall under the normal cancellation policy mentioned above. 

Payment Policy

♦ 50% payment at the time of booking of land package cost.
♦ 100% payment of flight ticket at the time of booking (if applicable in tour component)
♦ Balance 25% - 30 days prior to travel date
♦ Balance 25% - 21 days prior to travel date (in case International travel)
♦ Balance 25% - 15 days prior to travel date (in case Domestic travel)
♦ 100% payment at the time of booking, if flights / hotels are non-refundable. 
♦ 100% payment must be settled before the departure date if failed, services will be not started or cancelled by us.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arrival at Bali airport and transfer to the hotel

    Meeting upon arrival at the airport by our guide and transfer to the hotel for check in. Check-in at the hotel and relax. The rest of your day will be free for exploring this paradise island on your own or take romantic walks on the serene beaches of this island.

  • Day 2 : Garuda Wisnu Kencana Park (GWK) +Uluwatu Temple+Bluepoint beach+Candle light dinner at Jimbaran

    Today after breakfast, start your day with GWK Park visit, later visit to Uluwatu temple, Bluepoint beach and at evening have Romantic Candle light dinner. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day 3 : Full day west Nusa Penida island tour with local lunch

    Today morning pick up from hotel and transfer to pier for Ferry (sharing) to Nusa Penida, on arrival, pick up and visit to famous beaches and viewpoint : Kelingking Beach Viewpoint, Broken Beach Viewpoint, Angel Billabong Viewpoint, Crystal Bay. Later back to Bali. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day 4 : Inter hotel transfer + Kintamani + Coffee Plantation + Tegenungan Waterfall + Tegalalang Rice Terrace+ U-Swing with Lunch

    Today after breakfast check out from hotel cover Kintamani tour with Waterfalls, Rice terraces and 4 Swings Unlimited times + All 7 Photo Booths + LUNCH 1-Dream Catcher Swing 2-Adrenaline Swing. 3-Flower Swing. 4-Couple Swing. 5.   • Day 5 : Ulun Danu Temple, Handara Gate and Tanah lot temple

    Today after breakfast, proceed for full day tour to visit the famous temples and The Handara Gate in Bali, Indonesia is a famous landmark and photography destination. It's known for its traditional Balinese architecture, striking split gate, and stunning mountain view. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day 6 : Departure from Bali

    Today, after breakfast check out from hotel and drop off to Airport for your return journey with sweet memories.

Important Information

  • Check-in at hotel starts from 15:00 hrs.
  • Check-out time is until 12:00 hrs.
  • A traveller should hold valid Passport with at least 6 months validity for international travel.
  • We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
  • Visa approval/rejection depends upon Embassy. No refund of visa fees in case of rejection (if applicable).
  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, road blocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
  • All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id) & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check-in at the Hotel / Resort.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • Vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
  • We will require passport & pan card copies of travelling adults in case of international travels and ID proofs (Voter Id/passport/Aadhar/) and Pan card in case of domestic travels.
