Exclusions
►Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges (in case of Fix/group departure-no refund)
►Minimum. 500/- per person/child will be deducted as administrative charges in case of cancellation.
►If cancellation is made 45 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
►45 to 21 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
►21 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
►0 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund.
►Please note: cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
►Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as guarantee booking
This is to inform you, prior to confirming your booking which needs a guarantee or offering non-refundable rates by us then that the booking will not fall under the normal cancellation policy mentioned above.
♦ 50% payment at the time of booking of land package cost.
♦ 100% payment of flight ticket at the time of booking (if applicable in tour component)
♦ Balance 25% - 30 days prior to travel date
♦ Balance 25% - 21 days prior to travel date (in case International travel)
♦ Balance 25% - 15 days prior to travel date (in case Domestic travel)
♦ 100% payment at the time of booking, if flights / hotels are non-refundable.
♦ 100% payment must be settled before the departure date if failed, services will be not started or cancelled by us.
On arrival at Baku at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, meet and greet and transfer to hotel. Check-in and relax. At evening visit to places : Highland Park-Alley of Martyrs, The National Assembly, Flame towers-the tallest skyscraper in Baku. Walking through Baku Boulevard which stretches along a south-facing bay on the Caspian Sea. It traditionally starts at Freedom Square continuing west to the Old City and beyond. Since 2012, the Yeni Bulvar (New Boulevard). Later back to hotel. Overnight stay.
Today after breakfast start your day with Baku City tour : Flame Tower, Baku Eye, Boulevard Park, Nizami street, Crystal Hall, Carpet Museum, Little Venice , Hyder Aliyev) Old City Tour (Ichari Seher, Maiden Tower, Shirvanshah Palace) Ateshgah Tour (Fire Temple , Fire Mountain). Overnight stay at Hotel.
After breakfast departure to Gabala, visit Gabaland Amusement Park and Gabala Shooting Club. Explore Tufandagh Mountain Resort, Nohur Lake and Seven Beauties Waterfall. Return to Baku in the evening. Overnight stay at hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel and Start full-day Absheron Peninsula tour. Visit Gobustan National Park, Mud volcanoes and Bibi Heybat Mosque. After lunch you will visit Ateshgah Fire Temple, Burning Mountain, Heydar Aliyev Center, Gala State Historical and Etnographic Museum
Today after breakfast, check-out from hotel Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out from hotel. Depending on your departure time, you may have some free time for additional activities for shopping. Transfer to the airport for departure
