Cancellation Policy

►Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges (in case of Fix/group departure-no refund) 

►Minimum. 500/- per person/child will be deducted as administrative charges in case of cancellation.

►If cancellation is made 45 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

►45 to 21 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

►21 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.

►0 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund.

►Please note: cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.

►Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as guarantee booking 

This is to inform you, prior to confirming your booking which needs a guarantee or offering non-refundable rates by us then that the booking will not fall under the normal cancellation policy mentioned above. 

Payment Policy

♦ 50% payment at the time of booking of land package cost.
♦ 100% payment of flight ticket at the time of booking (if applicable in tour component)
♦ Balance 25% - 30 days prior to travel date
♦ Balance 25% - 21 days prior to travel date (in case International travel)
♦ Balance 25% - 15 days prior to travel date (in case Domestic travel)
♦ 100% payment at the time of booking, if flights / hotels are non-refundable. 
♦ 100% payment must be settled before the departure date if failed, services will be not started or cancelled by us.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arrive Bali + transferred to the hotel for check-in

    Meeting service upon arrival at the airport by our guide and transfer to the hotel for check in. Check-in at the hotel and relax. The rest of your day will be free for exploring this paradise island on your own or take romantic walks on the serene beaches of this island.

  • Day 2 : Full Day Kintamani Volcano Tour + Ubud Village, market tour

    VISIT MAS VILLAGE: Located in Ubud, the village has woodcraft at its finest. It is a family run business, with the special tricks and procedures passed from generation to next. These artists also attend special schools to learn wood carving. Everything they carve is from imagination and the inspiration is from their culture. You can also purchase from there. VISIT UBUD ART & MARKET: Ubud Art Market is a traditional market offering beautiful and attractive souvenirs made by local Balinese people. It is not far different with other markets available in the tourism area where most of souvenirs are sold in the individual shops based on show owner design. It is an ideal place to place for tourists where they can experience at the great bargain art market in Ubud Bali. This market as a society economics centre of Ubud it is apposite to the existence of Ubud Empire that is called Puri Saren.   • Day 3 : Inter Hotel transfer + 1 hrs. Balinese massage

    Today after breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to other hotel for check-in. Then go for Relaxation Spa – Spa is a unique place for relaxation in Bali. Spa is the meaning of queen in Balinese or Indonesian. Try the taste of natural traditional Balinese treatment in Bali. Bali Orchid offers therapeutic massage for health and beauty, featuring traditional Indonesian essential oils that revive the senses and leave the skin radiant.   • Day 4 : Uluwatu Temple Tour with Kecak Dance

    In the evening proceed for tour of Uluwatu Temple. Hanging on a cliff 100 m above the ocean, Uluwatu Temple is a great sight. In the meanwhile, you see the Kecak Dance performed by 50 dancers. Matter of fact, this dance is the only one based on vocals than instrument, dating far back intoBalinese history, Prior to the use of instruments. Return back to hotel for overnight stay.

  • Day 5 : Departure from Bali

    Today, after breakfast check out from hotel and drop off to Airport for your return journey with sweet memories.

Important Information

  • Check-in at hotel starts from 14:00 hrs.
  • Check-out time is until 12:00 hrs.
  • Once your payment has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
  • You will receive all travel vouchers required for your flights and accommodation shortly afterwards.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, road blocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
  • All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
  • AC of vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Area.
  • We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • Vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
  • If pick up and drop is between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, additional charge may apply.
