►Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges (in case of Fix/group departure-no refund)
►Minimum. 500/- per person/child will be deducted as administrative charges in case of cancellation.
►If cancellation is made 45 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
►45 to 21 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
►21 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
►0 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund.
►Please note: cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
►Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as guarantee booking
This is to inform you, prior to confirming your booking which needs a guarantee or offering non-refundable rates by us then that the booking will not fall under the normal cancellation policy mentioned above.

♦ 100% payment of flight ticket at the time of booking (if applicable in tour component)
♦ Balance 25% - 30 days prior to travel date
♦ Balance 25% - 21 days prior to travel date (in case International travel)
♦ Balance 25% - 15 days prior to travel date (in case Domestic travel)
♦ 100% payment at the time of booking, if flights / hotels are non-refundable.
♦ 100% payment must be settled before the departure date if failed, services will be not started or cancelled by us.
Pick up from Bangalore Airport / Railway Station and proceed to Mysore check in to hotel. Later visit to Mysore Palace built in 14th century of Yaduraya Wodeyar then visit to Brindavan garden which is very beautiful. This magnificent Terrace garden is situated behind the Krishanarajasagara Dam Site. Overnight Stay at Mysore hotel.
After Breakfast, proceed for Mysore city excursion tour. We will be visiting Zoological garden. This is the one of the best Zoo in the country. Thereafter we will proceed towards Jayachamarendra Art gallery & St. Philomena’s Church which is built in Gothic style. Also visit to Chamundi Hills devoted to Goddess Chamundeshwari. She is the deity of Royal family of Mysore. Later we will head towards Coorg, check-in to hotel. Overnight stay at Coorg.
Morning after Breakfast, visit to coffee plantations, orange orchards. Overlooking the town is a sprawling fortress built by the Rajas of Coorg on a hill. Also visit Lord Omkareshwar temple (one of the Twelve Jyotirling). Overnight stay at Coorg hotel.
Morning after Breakfast, check-out from the hotel and head towards Ooty which is lying within Nilgiri Hills. Also known as The Blue Mountains. On arrival check in to hotel. Overnight stay at Ooty hotel.
Morning after Breakfast, we will visit to places like Botanical Garden, with a peaceful Lotus Pond that cover Dodda Petta. It is the highest peak of this hill station. Then visit to Tea Estates, Dolphin’s Nose (a picnic spot), Lamb’s Rock, Ooty Lake, Kodanadu’s view point & Catherine Falls later back to hotel and overnight stay at hotel.
Morning after Breakfast, check-out from the hotel and head towards Bangalore for return journey with sweet memories. Our Services end here.
